Below are some popular finger food suggestions - the cost depends on the mix of
items as some are more substantial/expensive than others. They average $2-3 per
piece, so for $10 per person you would get 3-4 items.
We can have cold items ready on arrival and usually have the hot items either ready
at 6pm, or from around ~8 - 8:30 pm when we stop cooking downstairs.
Some hot options are (best bang for buck = *):
• Pulled pork sliders*
• Polenta Chips (gf)*
• Prawn croquettes
• Fish goujons
• Cocktail sausages stuffed with cheese/pickles
• Falafel with tzatzikii (gf)
• Dumplings (Shitaki , Buk Choy, Prawn/ginger, Chicken, vegan)*
• Prawn Skewers (large(5) or small(2) prawns each)
• BBQ Chicken or Pork Steamed Buns
• Cocktail vegetable spring rolls*
• Cocktail vegetable samosas*
• Chicken Noodle Spring Rolls
• Empanadas squid or prawn
• Savouries/sausage rolls (sometimes people like these at the end of the night
to soak up the alcohol)*
We can also do cold finger food to come out earlier like:
• Platters with flatbreads/crackers
• Blinis with Smoked fish and capers
• Mushroom/aeoli crostini (and various other options)
• Gougeres with smoked salmon mousse
• Olive Oil/Veg tart
• Club Sandwiches
If you prefer a full meal, a buffet type meal usually works best and can be provided
starting with Ham, salads, rolls for ~$25pp (and up for fish, lamb, beef, starters,
dessert, etc) - but we can sort out something good for most budgets.
If you can please let us know sounds good, the number of guests and/or what you
would like to spend we can suggest a combinations that gives you the best value. If
you need something else or something special, please just ask!
